Joseph Cherian has over 30 years of experience in operations, finance, and human resources across organisations of every size. He shapes Global Nurse Force's India strategy around local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory rules, while building and guiding cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
For two decades, he has overseen both the big-picture direction and daily functioning of the India operations, and he now also leads GNF Career Pathways, which prepares young Indians for healthcare careers abroad.
